Bagni Cala Loca S.r.l, in charge of handling personal data, is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Please read the following to understand how your personal information will be treated, before browsing this website.

Types of handled data

We handle personal and economical data necessary for relationships with Users. Generally, we don't handle any personal or juridic data in accordance with provisions of art. 4, comma 1, of Law Decree dated June 30, 2003, number 196, and current regulations; Whenever necessary, we will request the user or the interested party for their approval before proceeding with data handling.

Objectives of data handling

Data supplied by users will be collected for the purpose of supplying the services offered by this website, asking their approval before proceeding.
We do not use the data for purposes other than those mentioned and connected to the service, which the User expressly joined.

Modalities of data handling

Data will be handled through digital instruments and with modalities that ensure data privacy and security, in accordance with provisions of Annex B of Code of Privacy and current regulations. Specific security safeguards are implemented to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Communication of personal data

Personal data collected won't be "disseminated", meaning that won't be shared to any unknown party. Personal data may be "communicated", meaning that could be shared with known and authorized parties, in the following terms:

- persons in charge of data handling inside our company;
- persons, companies, institutions or professional firms that have the right of accessing personal data in accordance to domestic or EU regulations, within the limits indicated by the law;
- persons, companies, or professional firms that provide accounting, legal, tax, financial support, shipping, consulting services and credit collection in regard to provision of the Services;
- our external collaborators, within the limits necessary to fulfill their job, after our letter of work assignment that imposes the duty of confidentiality and security in data processing.

Furthermore, personal data may be communicated to Internet ISP and providers that Bagni Cala Loca S.r.l uses for handling domains. Communication of collected data is provided both nationally and abroad.

Technologies

Navigation data - log files - The information systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire certain personal data - not associated to identified Users - in the course of normal operations, like browsing data and log files. The transmission of those data is an implicit part of use of the internet communication protocols. Among the data collected are included IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the computer environment used by User. These data will be processed for the time strictly necessary for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the site and to ensure smooth operation.

Data voluntarily supplied by the User - The voluntary and explicit sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated in the different channels of this site and the filling of the "forms" (masks) designed specifically, involve the subsequent acquisition of the sender / user data, necessary to meet the generated requests and / or provide the requested service. Specific summary information will be reported or displayed on web pages dedicated to particular services on request.

User's rights

Regarding personal data handling, 
in compliance with art. 7 ("Right of access to personal data and other rights") of Code of Privacy:

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

The interested party has the right to be informed:

a) of the origin of the personal data;

b) of the purpose and manner of their use;

c) of the logic applied in case of data handling with electronic instruments;

d) of the identity of the organization and person responsible for handling personal data pursuant to article 5, clause 2;

e) of the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may come into possession of them as designated agents in the territory of the country, their management or employees.

The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) updates, correction or, when interested, completion of the data;

b) deletion, their transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data handled in violation of the law, including any not essential for the purpose for which they were given or subsequently used;

c) confirmation that the operations described in a) and b) above have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or given, unless compliance with this rule is found to be impossible or would necessitate the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right safeguarded.

The interested party may refuse, wholly or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons to allow use of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose for which they were collected;

b) to allow the use of personal data for the purpose of distributing advertising material or direct sales or for market surveys or trade communications.

The Owner of personal data handling is Bagni Cala Loca S.r.l with registered office in Italy and operational headquarter in Località Puntabella – Via Genova, 133, Varazze (SV) Italy. To exercise your rights under art. 7 of the Code of Privacy, above listed, the person must make a written request to the Owner of personal data handling by e-mail addressed to info@calaloca.it.
