Regulations of the Cala Loca

  • The opening hours, from 01/06 to 15/09, are from h. 09:00 to h. 7:00 pm.
  • Access and stay at Cala Loca are allowed with appropriate clothing; inside the structure, with the exception of the beach, it is forbidden to move in the common areas with only a swimsuit. For reasons of hygiene, when entering the bar area and table service it is mandatory to wear a shirt and shorts or a sundress.
  • Reservations for the beach:
    • they are carried out exclusively online from our site; if the request is for the same day, it is also possible to call 01990507.
    • they can be made up to 72 hours in advance, in order to have as reliable weather forecasts as possible.
    • in the event of unexpected weather changes, which make it impossible to use the beach, and which occur within 24 hours of the day you booked, you will be notified and our Customer Service will automatically initiate the refund procedure.
    • the payment of the beach equipment is charged 100% at the time of booking
    • In case of cancellation within 48 hours prior to the booking (considering the opening time), the refund is 100%; within 24 hours (considering the opening hours) is equal to 50%. If the cancellation occurs on the same day of the reservation, you are not entitled to any refund.
  • If your arrival at Cala Loca is after h. 11:30, it is necessary to indicate this in the booking or, in case of unforeseen events, to communicate it within the time indicated above. Otherwise, the reservation will be considered void and non-refundable.
  • Children over the age of 8 require equipment.
  • You cannot change the original setting of the umbrella, intended as sun loungers or deck chairs.
  • The cost of the station, umbrella, remains unchanged regardless of whether it is rented by one or two people.
  • The use of each umbrella, as well as the equipment of each station, is limited to two adults and, possibly, two children under the age of eight.
  • It is forbidden to invade the spaces and workstations of others.
  • Common areas (walkways, shoreline, changing room and showers) must be left free of towels or other personal items
  • It is forbidden, to ensure the hygiene and decor of the beach, to bring food or drinks from outside. Meals for small children or the need to take particular foods, in case of serious food intolerances, not manageable by the structure, are an exception.
  • The booking of beach equipment is subject to the use of the restaurant service (terrace or beach service).
  • To protect all guests, the agreed times for lunch must be respected.
  • For reasons of hygiene and space limitations, no type of animal can access the beach
  • The use of radios and beach games, such as balls and rackets, is prohibited. In general, any kind of shouting, shouting or other activity that disturbs other guests is prohibited.
  • The use of the private cabins is for a limited number of four people.
  • At the end of the day, the stations and / or cabins used must be left free of any personal items (except for cabins in use with a seasonal pass) and in the state in which they were assigned. The costs for any damage or for the need for maintenance that go beyond normal management, will be charged directly to the customer
  • Use of the showers and changing room ends at 19:00
  • You cannot bring recreational vehicles such as sup, dinghies and inflatables in general.
  • In the municipality of Varazze there is an obligation to separate waste collection: guests are invited to insert what to be disposed of in the appropriate containers placed in several spaces within the structure.
  • Water is a precious commodity; kind guests are invited to pay attention to its use, avoiding unnecessary waste.
  • The use of shampoo and shower gel in the beach shower is prohibited
  • For provisions of the Harbor Master's Office, in case of a yellow flag it is not possible to keep the umbrellas open and rent the sup; with red flag it is forbidden to swim
